BIO

Boyfriend or best friend, hero or villain, athlete or nerd. I can be them all. Following my mother around theatres since I was three years old, I’m an international actor and voice artist—and a chameleon of characters from way back.

Born in Australia in 1996 with both American and Australian citizenship, I was always looking for a way to be creative. I acted in school plays and was in children’s choir, and then looked for ways to expand. Trombone? A good try, but no, thank you. Guitar? Much better. Drama class? Yes, please—with an award for Best Actor after a particularly funny and physically taxing performance of The Adventures of Johnny Average.

Along the way, I played baseball (with an uncanny ability to hit triples), went out west to learn about Outback Queensland with my grandparents (and indulge a long-held fascination with dinosaurs), and rose to acting Corporal in the Australian Army Cadets. At home, I create my own video game-related mockumentaries (David Attenborough, anyone?), and have produced my own short films about twisted inventions. The wheels are always turning in my brain. Though I’m regularly told I look like Clark Kent when I put on prop eyeglasses and could play a superhero, I love creating all kinds of characters, both deeply dark and hysterically light.

I was in high school when I finally convinced my mother that I wanted to pursue acting, not to please her (as someone who had not pursued that dream professionally herself), but to fulfill myself. I jumped in with both feet, and haven’t looked back. I’ve had the opportunity to train internationally, and participated in the first Australian workshop by the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts with Vivian Munn, as well as being an invited participant in the Australian Institute of Performing Arts Professional Actors Masterclass in Los Angeles. I am a graduate of the Performing Arts Conservatory (Advanced Diploma in Stage and Screen Acting), was a member of the Queensland Theatre Company Youth Ensemble, and I continue private tuition.

I have been involved in feature films, short films, web series, and theatre. My first feature film, Magdala Rose, is set for release in 2019, and a recent short film in which I played the lead, An Afterlife, has won several festival awards worldwide. I've done background work and body doubling, and I've directed theatre productions as well. Just get me around actors and on a set, and I'm home!

I love to make people laugh with abandon. And cry. And think. And feel. My dream is to do this forever.
